The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.

The primary constraints are scope, time, quality and budget.

How to proceed with our projects

1. Initiation

At the start of the project, we decide what"project should be accomplished"and"scope of project work".

2. Planning and design

In order to estimate the necessary work items, plan enough time, cost, resources, to manage risks during project execution.

3. Execution

At this stage, we will appropriately allocate, adjust and manage resources such as human resources, materials and budget according to the progress situation. For example, in one Big Project, seven staff reside at the construction site for the purpose of interior supervision due to client's request, based on their respective roles adjustment and management of related staff, construction process, quality are managed.

4. Monitoring and controlling

Monitoring and control timely identifies potential problems that are expected to occur in the future. Monitor the progress of the project and take corrective actions to control execution of the project as necessary. Then observe the performance of the project, measure it on a regular basis, and identify the difference between the project plan and actual.

5. Completion

Finish the project or project phase. At this stage, reports on the outcome/reflection of the project are also included. This is an important stage of the project that the project team learned from experience apply to future projects.

For all projects, we will manage the project while sharing information
on the progress through the website(
