At the start of the project, we decide what"project should be accomplished"and"scope of project work".
In order to estimate the necessary work items, plan enough time, cost, resources, to manage risks during project execution.
At this stage, we will appropriately allocate,adjust and manage resources such as human resources, materials and budget according to the progress situation. For example, in one Big Project, seven staff reside at the construction site for the purpose of interior supervision due to client's request, based on their respective roles adjustment and management of related staff, construction process, quality are managed.
Monitoring and control timely identifies potential problems that are expected to occur in the future. Monitor the progress of the project and take corrective actions to control execution of the project as necessary. Then observe the performance of the project, measure it on a regular basis, and identify the difference between the project plan and actual.
Finish the project or project phase. At this stage, reports on the outcome/reflection of the project are also included. This is an important stage of the project that the project team learned from experience apply to future projects.
